celiac disease for not containing gluten.
This product in its protein conformation predominates three amino acids
essential for growth: cystine, which allows the assimilation of sulfur; the
tyrosine that is associated with calcium and phosphorus; and the fundamental tryptophan
for normal brain development and other nerve functions.
